We ship UPS.
Alaska, Hawaii, PR: Please contact for shipping rates.
Oversized packages and shipments outside of the continental U.S. may require additional shipping.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a refund WITHIN 10 days. When returning an item please contact us for instructions. Returns on items will be accepted with in 10 days and will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling, restocking, or freight charges.
Return freight cost is the responsibility of the customer. After review of the damaged goods, if the problem is due to the Manufacturer, credit will be issued for goods and freight.
There is a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged Goods Policy
Damaged goods must be reprorted to TrellisGardenDecor.com, within 30 days. These items must be returned to the manufacture within the 30 days. If you don't contact us first to give you instructions, and return the items on your own, no refund will be given.
Freight cost is the responsibility of the customer. After review of the damaged goods, if there is a problem, due to the manufacture, credit will be issued for goods and freight.
Backorder Policy
We will contact you in the event that items are backordered, and you will be notified if item ordered as been discontinued or no longer available.
